Pole Dance Fitness was started nearly 10 years

ago. Owners MJ Carlesi & April Piazza are

honored to continue the legacy of excellent

instruction laid down by their mentors.

MJ & April were two of the flagship students

in the 1st year of PDF's opening. MJ, a body

building champion & competition judge,

and April, a collegiate anatomy & physiology

instructor, bring their combined working

knowledge of the body and its capabilities

to the studio. 

 

Both women have taught at multiple pole

fitness and aerial arts studios along the

East Coast, bringing their experience,

expertise, and exuberant energy wherever

they've gone. They both fall under the Aries

star sign - one known for passion, perseverance,

loyalty, and strength - and PDF's name was

altered to reflect their personal ethics.

 

MJ and April pride themselves on creating

a safe, supportive place for all to explore

their talents, build their confidence, and

express themselves in a way that

makes them feel inspired and accepted.
