What should I wear?

For the pole class we suggest shorts and a tank top. For aerial silks and aerial hoop classes we suggest athletic pants and long sleeve shirts. All classes are taken bare foot.  Please, no jewelry. Jewelry can potentially rip the silks. Rings can scratch the poles and dangly earring and necklaces can get in your way.

Do I need to register before class?
Yes, we have limited space and our classes do require you to sign up in advance.  If you are not a member, please contact us to schedule your first intro class or click the " click here to sign up for classes now" button located at the top of this page. 

Where is the studio located?
You can find directions via the Contact tab, there is no signage outside so please follow the simple instructions and allow some extra time for your first visit. We are located upstairs from Mamma Mia's Pizzeria and next to Scranton Preparatory School.


Who can attend?

Our studio is open to anyone who wishes to attend.  We do not discriminate by age or gender.  We do ask everyone to be respectful of their fellow students and instructors. We are here to foster a positive environment for all! For students under the age of 18, we do require a Parent or Guardians signature before attending. 

They will need to come in with you on your first day and fill out one of our waivers. Ages 13 and up may take adult aerial classes and 16 and above may take Pole Fitness classes. Ages 6 and up may take our children's classes which are Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, and Self Defense.

How early should I get to the studio before my 1st class?

We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your first class. You will extra need time to find our studio, take a tour, sign our waiver, and get ready for class on time.

How much will it cost?

Our drop in rate is $25.00. After your first class we would love to talk to you about enrolling and our different memberships! They start at just $80 a month! Memberships are month to month and can be cancelled or changed anytime.
