Pole Dance Fitness

Pole Fitness classes are aimed to strengthen your body, mind, and spirit. All classes are 75 minutes, which consists of a warm up, conditioning, pole skills and stretching.
Beginner Pole
The perfect start for new students. This class covers all the basics of Pole Fitness including spinning technique, grips, climbing and combinations of skills. Graduating from this class will have you prepped to progress to intermediate.
Intermediate Pole
Intermediate pole will be taking movements up the pole. Creating shapes while upright and inverted. These classes will challenge your strength and flexibility. Chaining together more advanced tricks and spins.
