The perfect start for new students. This class covers all the basics of Pole Fitness including spinning technique, grips, climbing and combinations of skills. Graduating from this class will have you prepped to progress though our leveled curriculum with ease
Levels 1 through 4
Our Pole classes are divided into levels designed to progress students through the many skills practiced in Pole Fitness. Each level is a building block to the next and it’s important to master every stage before moving forward. If you are new to Pole Fitness, it's recommended that you start at the beginner level and progress at the discretion of the instructors. For existing Pole Dancers who would like to try a class, the below guide should help you find the right class. Please contact us before joining a Level 2 class or above.
This class focuses on basic spins, tricks, and dance moves. This class is for students who can perform a basic climb, but are still mastering an invert. We will work on basic lifts, Pole Sits, Mounting and Dismounting, Firewoman Spin, Backwards Spins, Jamilla, Basic Inverts and more!
For students who feel confident with spins and have a solid invert to crucifix. In Level 2 we cover skills like Side Climb, Handstands, Outside Leg Hook, and the Reverse Grab.
This is our Tricks Intermediate and Spin Pole Level 2 -3 classes. When you have a strong outside leg hook, smooth transitions and can invert with ease, you are then ready to meet the aerial level of Pole Fitness. We'll be covering moves such as Superwoman, Teddy, Butterfly, Jade Split, and Shoulder Mount.
Tricks Advanced and Spin Pole Level 4 classes. The moves and combos covered here require a high level of flexibility and strength. You will need an intructor's permission to join this class. We will cover tricks such as the Allegra, Bat Wing, Janeiro, Handsprings, Russian Split, Deadlifts, Flags and more!
Open practice class where you get to work on what ever you want! Not all of us have the luxury of owning a pole at home. During this class you can tackle new/old moves, work on choreography/free style, meet other students and get professional help from an experienced instructor. Levels 1 - 4
Our one and only heels class! There are many styles of dance played out within Pole Fitness today but there is one style rooted in the origins of Pole Dance and that’s Exotic Dance! This class has set choreography each week, typically the combo is repeated a second week to enable students to learn the steps and flow. During this class you will learn how to move across the floor from pole to pole and captivate your audience. Slink, slide, circle and roll are movements we love. Free yourself with dance! Please bring leggings or leg warmers AND knee pads. Shoes are optional however some moves are specific to heels. We recommend the Pleaser brand if you are looking to purchase a pair of shoes.
