Our Specialty Classes are designed to help you take your skills to the next level! These classes can be taken as a stand alone class or as a supplement to your Pole Program. All Specialty Classes are open to every level with no prior experience necessary.
Barre & Conditioning
Ballet Barre and Pilates inspired fitness class that is designed to tone, tighten and lengthen your muscles. Taking this class will improve your posture, balance and over all form. This is a challenging workout and will leave your legs shaking!
Strength and Flexibility, we always want more! It really is amazing to devote an entire hour to developing your Flexibility. Our focus is towards splits, shoulder flexibility and back bends. We make use of the floor, walls, blocks, resistant bands, one another, and more to get the most of stretching.
Acro yoga is a physical practice which combines yoga and acrobatics with one or more partners. Acro yoga provides physical and mental health benefits. In addition to the exercise and strength building aspects of Acro yoga, the partner balancing can improve concentration and the massage elements can provide stress relief.
You'll feel like a unicorn floating on a silky rainbow in our new Aerial Silks Class. No prior aerial skills are needed as we offer an intro class for beginners designed to guide you through the basic techniques of Aerial Silks. We also have advanced classes for our skilled students. Kids Aerial Silks & Self Defense
We now offer children's classes, ages 6 to 12, in aerial silks and self defense. We offer silks three times a week, and self defense three times a week. Our self defense classes for children are broken up into bully defense and management, brazilian jiu jitsu, and judo.
